All of our memory is designed for 100% compatibility with your computer. Here are some of the features that make our memory the perfect choice for your system:
- Quality chips - We use high-quality chips from major manufacturers such as Samsung, Micron and Infineon, as well as other trusted partners.
- Hand-selected PCBs - Through extensive research and design evaluation, we have selected the best printed circuit boards (PCBs) on which to mount chips, which allows for maximum performance and reliability.
- SPDs programmed for compatibility - An SPD is a small chip that stores information about the memory stick and communicates this to the system. The way an SPD is programmed can be very important to the compatibility and operation of memory, so we write custom SPD programs for every module to insure that they work perfectly in the system for which they are designed.
- Testing - We hand-test our memory before it is shipped out to guarantee that you won't get a bad stick. We put some memory through extensive stress testing and double-check our SPDs for compatibility before shipping anything out. We're proud to have one of the lowest return rates in the memory business, and we are constantly working to keep it that way.
- 5-year warranty - In the rare event that a memory module you buy from us should go bad during the warranty period we will replace it for you at no charge. Even though our memory is designed to last as long as your computer, we'll be here to replace it if you ever need it. Please see our warranty for more details.
