Press the clips on either side of the DIMM connector slots out. These will pop back into place once the module has been correctly inserted. To insert the new RAM, line up the module and the connector slot and press down firmly. When the snaps have closed, close the computer cover and reboot.

Upon restarting, an alert will pop up letting you know that the computer cover was removed and replaced. The chassis intrusion detector must be reset.
